Canine Veterinary Physiotherapy

What is Canine Physiotherapy?

Dogs hold a special place in our hearts, which is why we go above and beyond to ensure they are happy and pain free. Physiotherapy is a powerful tool which can be used to improve your dog's quality of life, mood and performance, allowing them to live their best lives.

During sessions your dog's posture, movement patterns and joint range of motion will be regularly assessed to monitor their condition and improvement over-time. Treatment may include manual therapy, mobilisation techniques, electrotherapy and stretching.

I also offer bespoke rehabilitation plans tailored to your dog's unique needs and injury. These plans are devised whilst working closely with both you and your veterinarian to ensure a smooth recovery. Structured rehabilitation plans are vital to avoid post-injury complications in the future.

Class IV Laser therapy

Laser therapy is a proven method to reduce pain and inflammation. Laser stimulates the body's cells to heal more efficiently which speeds up recovery time post-injury. My practice offers this service for a wide range orthopaedic conditions. It is a non-invasive technique that poses no risk to your furry friend.
